The participants include Kook-joo Kim, president of the Korea Liberation Association (KLA), Jong-il Rah, the Korean ambassador to Japan, members of the KLA and Korean residents living in Japan.

On Monday (Feb. 6) this week, Vice Minister Kim invited and encouraged the descendents of independence movement activists who played a leading role in the Tokyo Independence Declaration such as Pal-yong Choi, Sang-duk Kim and Do-yeon Kim at Miyako hotel in Tokyo.
